1616 Burchfield Road

1616 Burchfield Rd is an opportunity for total and absolute privacy within just minutes of civilization! With a comfortable 2,840 sq ft of finished living space, it is spacious yet cozy. In the 17 years that the Sellers have lived here, they have not only lovingly maintained this home, but they have also continually upgraded and improved the property. You will love the just added 19x13 Family Room with a vaulted ceiling and three walls of windows! This new 4-Season Family Room looks out to a new pebble stone Patio adjoining an Omni stone Patio. You will feel like you are on vacation with the Elegant and beautiful front Porch for a quiet morning coffee! The 19' x 12' Family Room has also served as a Master Bedroom; the brick fireplace, and notched beams make it a very cozy space for either use. The upper hallway is unusual in that it is all oak flooring, and it leads to a very romantic Balcony above the Front Porch.
