This website belongs to Kay Barchetti, REALTOR® with Compass, 6021 Wallace Road Extension, Wexford, PA 15090. This page explains what information is collected when you use it, what it is used for, and the choices you have.

What we collect

What you tell us. Your name, mobile number, email address, the home you are asking about, a time you would like to see it, and anything else you choose to share.
Conversations with Kay's assistant. When you talk or type to the assistant on this site, the conversation may be recorded and written down so Kay can follow up with the right answer.
Basic visit information. Like most websites, the pages you view, the kind of device and browser you use, and how you arrived here.

How we use it

To answer your questions about a home and send you the details you asked for.
To schedule showings and appointments, and to remind you of them.
To contact you by phone, text or email about the real estate help you asked for.
To keep the website working and make it better.

Text messages

If you give your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you may get messages about the homes you asked about, showing times, appointment reminders and follow-up on your questions. How often depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop the texts, or HELP for help.

Your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts are never sold, rented or shared with anyone else for their own marketing. The only companies that handle them are the ones that deliver the messages for us.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run this website and talk to you (website hosting, phone and text delivery, email delivery and the system that keeps our contact records), each only for that job, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: call or text 412-691-5086, or email kay@kaybarchettirealtor.com.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only as long as we need it to help you, and we use reasonable care to protect it. This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
