Solid brick 3 Bedroom home on a lovely corner lot almost at the end of a quiet, dead-end street. The owners have updated this home with loving care; 100% new Kitchen & Full Bath, lots of new wiring & copper plumbing, new fencing, new lighting, new H2O heater, new retaining wall, new carpeting, all new appliances from Bosch to Whirlpool, new landscaping and wild flowers, etc. Small but adorable and so move-in ready! Please be forewarned, this is a very Romantic home; the Sellers had two beautiful babies in 4 years and they out grew 137 Spring Ave!
